By creating an account or using The 30-Day AI Habit (the "app"), provided by The 30-Day AI Habit ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

1. What the app is

A 30-day guided programme with daily tasks, notes and tools for using AI assistants more safely and effectively. It is educational content. It is general guidance only, not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and it is not technical support for any specific AI product.

2. Your account

Keep your password confidential and give us accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You own the notes, prompts and other content you save. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you. Please do not store passwords, confidential client data or other sensitive information in the app.

4. Our content

The course, text, design and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or share your access with others, or reverse engineer the app, without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, use it unlawfully, or use automated tools to access it.

6. Third-party AI tools

The app suggests prompts to use in AI tools of your choice. We don't control those tools and are not responsible for their output, availability or terms. Always check AI answers before relying on them, which is the point of the course.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features and these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on AI outputs or on the course. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
